Shipping and returns
SHIPPING
La Promenade sends orders to its customers via different express delivery companies. Depending on the delivery area, the maximum delivery time is 72 hours for orders delivered to the Peninsula, and 2 to 5 additional working days for the rest of Spain. For orders delivered abroad, the delivery time will be one to two weeks. The indicated delivery times are indicative.
All shipping costs will be free for the peninsula.

Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the product is made available to the customer by the carrier and the recipient signs for receipt of delivery. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the products upon receipt and to make any justified objections and complaints.
All orders are subject to item availability. If we are unable to ship the product to you for any reason, we reserve the right to notify you by email and offer you similar items. If you do not wish to order such replacement items, we will refund the amount paid.
RETURNS
You have 60 calendar days from receipt of the order to make a return or exchange. Any exchange or return will be made by La Promenade and will incur a cost of €6 which will be deducted from the payment already made by the customer. The product must be in perfect condition, in the same condition as when received, correctly labelled and in its original packaging.
The customer must notify La Promenade (within the stipulated period) by email of their desire to return the product. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note to the address C/ Especeria 5, 29005 (Málaga).
In these cases, La Promenade will refund the purchase price to the customer by agreeing on the appropriate method to do so. The customer will receive the amount within 1-3 working days once La Promenade has received the returned product in perfect condition.
CHANGES
The customer will have a period of 60 calendar days from receipt of the order to make changes to the size or product. The customer must inform La Promenade (within the stipulated period) of their desire to make this change. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note to the address C/ Especeria 5, 29005 (Málaga). Once the item has been received, La Promenade will be responsible for sending the product to the same destination at its own expense.
